  As our items are custom handmade, the current turnaround time is 7-8 working days from the date of order. For ready-made gift sets or non-personalized items, shipping is usually completed within 48-72 hours.

• Are your Eid favors suitable for international shipping?

  Yes, we cater to over 180 countries for international shipping. Please keep in mind that delivery can take 10-12 working days, and you will be responsible for any import taxes or customs duties that may apply.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on personalized products or items containing food, health, clothing, beauty, grooming products, or downloadable products.

• Can I return or exchange my Ramadan & Eid favors?

  As all our orders are handmade and personalized, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on these items. For other unused items in original packaging, we may accommodate returns, but please ensure to contact us promptly.

• How are the shipping costs calculated for my order?

  Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the items purchased. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items, and these costs are non-refundable.
