As items are custom handmade, the current turnaround time is 5-7 working days from the date of order across India. We use multiple delivery partners to ensure the shipment reaches you on time. You will be kept updated by text message and WhatsApp with your order updates.

Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). A signature may be required on receipt.

Delivery costs are based on the weight and size of the item, so they vary.

If this product is shipped using the services of our courier partners, the date of delivery is an estimate.

Our courier partners do not call before delivering an order, so we recommend that you provide an address at which someone will be present to receive the package.

The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address. Redelivery is not possible.

Recipients might be contacted for timely delivery.

A slight delay might be expected during the festival season.

If it is a combo product, then delivery of each product might be at different times.

Worldwide delivery is usually available. We cater to 180+ countries. International delivery usually takes 7-8 working days.

Please note: shipping is based on weight, and the shipping price is calculated accordingly.

We do not take responsibility for any import tax/duty and/or customs fees. Any import tax/duty and/or customs fees must be paid by the buyer.

Where import tax/duty or customs fees are not paid and the items are returned to us, the costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
