• What should I do if my frame arrives damaged or defective?

  If your frame is damaged or defective, please contact us at support@hadiyahgifting.com within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange. Make sure to include your order number.

• Can I return or exchange my personalized frame?

  Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized products or frames. For other items, they must be unused, in original packaging, and eligible for return.
