Cancellation & Order Modification Policy

At Hadiyah Gifting, many of our products are personalised, customised, handmade, curated, or made-to-order. Once an order is received, we may begin personalization, production, procurement, packing, or other processing to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, cancellation and modification requests are subject to the terms below.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 8 hours of successfully placing the order, provided that the order has not already entered personalization, production, preparation, packing, or dispatch.

The cancellation window is 8 hours or until order processing begins, whichever occurs earlier.

Once an order has been personalised, prepared, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled or modified, and the customer will be liable for the full order amount.

Personalised & Customised Orders

Since personalised and customised products are created specifically for each customer, cancellation or modification may not be possible once work has commenced.

This includes products involving:

• Personalised names, dates, messages, or initials
• Customised photographs or artwork
• Engraving, printing, embossing, or other customisation
• Personalised Quran gift sets and hampers
• Customised couple and wedding gifts
• Nikah Nama and other personalised wedding products
• Made-to-order products
• Specially curated or assembled gift hampers

Customers are requested to carefully verify all names, spellings, dates, messages, photographs, customisation details, product selections, and delivery information before placing an order.

Same-Day & Express Delivery Orders

Orders selected for same-day, express, or urgent delivery may be processed immediately due to the limited delivery timeline.

Such orders may therefore not be eligible for cancellation or modification, even within the 8-hour cancellation period, if preparation or processing has already commenced.

If you wish to cancel or modify an express or same-day order, please contact Hadiyah Customer Support as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request if the order has not yet entered processing.

Order Modification

Requests to modify an order, including changes to:

• Product selection
• Personalisation details
• Quantity
• Recipient details
• Delivery address
• Gift message
• Delivery date

must be made within 8 hours of placing the order and before processing begins.

Modification requests after this point may not be accepted.

Hadiyah's Right to Cancel an Order

Hadiyah Gifting reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Product availability limitations
• Inventory or stock discrepancies
• Errors in product information
• Errors in pricing or product configuration
• Inability to fulfil a specific personalisation request
• Incorrect or incomplete order information
• Delivery service limitations
• Payment or transaction-related issues
• Fraud prevention or security concerns
• Force majeure or other circumstances beyond Hadiyah's reasonable control

If Hadiyah cancels an order after payment has been successfully received, the customer will be notified through the contact details provided at the time of placing the order, and an eligible refund will be initiated.

Refund for Approved Cancellations

For cancellation requests approved within the applicable cancellation window and before processing has commenced, the eligible refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in the customer's account, depending on the payment gateway and banking partner.

Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched or handed over to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

For eligible concerns relating to damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products, customers may refer to Hadiyah's Return & Refund Policy.

How to Request Cancellation or Modification

To request cancellation or modification, please contact Hadiyah Customer Support as soon as possible and provide:

• Order number
• Registered mobile number or email address
• Details of the cancellation/modification request

Requests will be reviewed based on the current processing status of the order.

Important

The 8-hour cancellation period begins from the date and time the order is successfully placed.

Because many Hadiyah products are personalised and made specifically for you, we recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Hadiyah Gifting reserves the right to determine whether an order has entered processing, personalisation, production, preparation, packing, or dispatch and whether cancellation or modification can be accommodated.
