Personalised items:
As items are custom handmade, current turnaround time is 7-8 working days from the date of order. We use multiple delivery partners for ensuring the shipment reaches you on time. You will be communicated through text message and Whatsapp with your order updates.
Delivery is Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). A signature may be required on receipt.
Delivery costs are based on weight and size of item, so vary.
Ready Made Gift Sets/ Non- Personalised items: are usually shipped out within 48-72 hours.
International delivery:
Worldwide delivery is usually available. We cater to 180+ countries. International delivery can take up 10-12 Working days.
Please note: shipping is based on weight and therefore the shipping price in calculated accordingly.
We do not take responsibility for any import tax/duty and or custom fees. Any import tax/duty and or custom fees must be paid by the buyer.
Where import tax/ duty or custom fees are not paid and the items are returned to us, the costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
We accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.

Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing to order with Hadiyah.
We only replace items if they arrive as defective or damaged. Unboxing video must be mandatory. We will not provide a replacement until it is physically damaged. All our orders are handmade to our customers specific needs. Therefore, we regret to inform we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised products.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items containing food goods, health, beauty or grooming products or any downloadable products.
If there are any problems with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hadiyahgifting.com to notify us. Please include your order number.
If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we will be unable to offer any returns, refunds or exchange.
We accept no responsibility for non-delivery of orders where the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.
For all other items, to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For the Kaaba Quran, to be eligible for a return, it must still be cellophane wrapped.
We make every effort to show the colours on screen as close as possible to the products you will receive. However, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Images on this website should not be relied upon as such. The representations are limited by technology and may vary due to screen and printer settings.
Fonts: We try to be as clear as possible and include all font types in the listings of books and Qurans, as well as pictures of the inside. Please check the listings carefully.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at support@hadiyahgifting.com Please include your order number.
Shipping costs: You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item via a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
