  Yes, as our items are custom handmade, the current turnaround time is approximately 7-8 working days from the date of order. We aim to ensure timely delivery of your special gifts for Ramadan and EID.

  If your order has not arrived as expected, please contact us via email at support@hadiyahgifting.com with your order number. We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when the full address, including postal code, is not quoted correctly.

• Are returns or exchanges available for Ramadan & EID gifts?

  Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalized products or items containing food goods, health, clothing, beauty or grooming products. For non-personalized items, if they are unused and in original packaging, they may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  We use multiple delivery partners to ensure your gifts arrive on time. Local delivery is available Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), and international shipping is available to over 180 countries. Delivery costs are based on the weight and size of the items.

  Yes, we offer worldwide delivery to over 180 countries. Just keep in mind that international delivery can take about 10-12 working days, and you'll be responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, or custom fees.

  To ensure timely delivery for EID celebrations, we recommend placing your order as early as possible, considering our production time of 7-8 working days and the shipping time based on your location. Additionally, please provide your complete address with postal code to avoid any delays.
