How long will it take to receive my order?

Because many of our items are custom handmade to your specific needs, the current turnaround time is 7-8 working days from the date of your order. For ready-made or non-personalised items, orders are usually shipped out within 48-72 hours. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we cater to 180+ countries! International delivery generally takes 10-12 working days. Shipping prices are calculated based on weight. Please note: Import taxes, duties, and custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If fees are unpaid and the item is returned to us, those costs will be deducted from your refund.

How will I be updated on my delivery?

We use multiple delivery partners to ensure your shipment arrives on time. You will receive order updates via text message and WhatsApp. Note: A signature may be required upon receipt, and we accept no responsibility for non-delivery if the full address (including postal code) is provided incorrectly.

Can I return or exchange a personalised item?

Because all custom orders are handmade to specific customer needs, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised products.

Are there any other items that cannot be returned?

Yes. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any items containing food goods, health, clothing, beauty or grooming products, or any downloadable products.

What should I do if my item is damaged, defective, or there is a problem?

If there are any problems with your purchase or you need an exchange for a defective/damaged item, please email us at support@hadiyahgifting.com within 7 days of delivery, ensuring you include your order number. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we cannot offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

What are the conditions for returning an eligible item?

The item must be unused, in the exact condition you received it, and in its original packaging. (Note: To be eligible for a return, the Kaaba Quran must still be cellophane-wrapped).

Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. You must use a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-6 business days and applied automatically to your original method of payment.
