What kind of items can I find in the Black Collection?

Our Black Collection features beautifully curated, premium black products perfect for any occasion. From elegant gift sets to sophisticated singular items, each piece is thoughtfully selected to provide a luxurious gifting experience.

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Custom / Handmade Items: As these items are made specifically to your needs, our current turnaround time is 7-8 working days from the date of order. Ready-Made Gift Sets / Non-Personalised Items: These are usually shipped out within 48-72 hours.

How does delivery work?

We use multiple delivery partners to ensure your shipment arrives on time. Delivery takes place Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays), and a signature may be required upon receipt. You will receive order updates via text message and WhatsApp. Please note: We accept no responsibility for non-delivery if the full address (including postal code) is not quoted correctly.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we cater to 180+ countries! International delivery can take up to 10-12 working days. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight. Important: We do not take responsibility for any import tax, duty, or custom fees. These must be paid by the buyer. If fees are not paid and the item is returned to us, those costs will be deducted from your refund.

What is your return and refund policy?

Because many of our orders are handmade to our customers' specific needs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised products. We also do not offer refunds/exchanges on items containing food, health, clothing, beauty/grooming products, or downloadable products. For all other eligible items, returns must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. (For example, the Kaaba Quran must still be cellophane-wrapped). What if there is a problem with my purchase (defective/damaged)?

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hadiyahgifting.com and include your order number. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Who pays for return shipping?

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. We require you to use a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
